Privacy Policy
Effective date: March 30, 2026
1. What this policy covers
This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains how Noxti Money LLC (“Noxti Money,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you use the APPNAME mobile application, this website, and related services (together, the “Services”).
By using the Services, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. The Services are also subject to our Terms of Use.
We are not a lender. We may share information with independent lenders and service providers to facilitate loan matching as described below; each party may have its own privacy notice.
We follow applicable U.S. privacy and consumer-protection laws and guidance, including, as applicable: the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA); the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA); the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA); FTC rules; and comparable state laws. Some rights in this Policy may not apply to GLBA-regulated data or to information governed solely by a lender’s notices.
Important — where you live matters for privacy rights: Many U.S. state privacy rules apply based on your state of residence (or, in some cases, where you are when you use the site), not on where our company is headquartered. Noxti Money LLC is organized and operates from Missouri; that does not limit Nevada, California, or other states’ laws from applying to residents of those states when they use the Services. We address state-specific rights in Section 8.
2. Information we collect
2.1 Information you provide
You may provide identifiers and contact data (name, postal address, email, phone, date of birth); government identifiers where permitted for verification; financial and employment information; bank account or routing details; loan request details; account credentials; communications you send us; and consents or electronic signatures.
2.2 Information collected automatically
We may collect device and technical data (IP address, device identifiers, browser or app version, diagnostics); usage and analytics data; approximate location derived from IP or similar signals for fraud prevention and eligibility; and data from cookies, SDKs, or similar technologies (see Section 10).
2.3 Information from third parties
We may receive data from identity and fraud vendors; participating lenders and processors; credit bureaus or alternative data sources where permitted and, when required, with your consent; lead or marketing partners; and public or commercial sources for verification and compliance.
3. How we use information
We use personal information to:
- Operate, maintain, and improve the Services and match you with participating lenders;
- Verify identity, prevent fraud, and protect security;
- Communicate with you, including service, legal, and (where permitted) marketing messages — see Marketing Practices;
- Comply with law, respond to lawful requests, and enforce our Terms of Use;
- Create de-identified or aggregate information that does not identify you.
4. Legal bases and principles
Depending on context, we rely on consent (where required), contractual necessity, legal obligation, and legitimate interests such as security, fraud prevention, and service improvement, consistent with applicable law.
5. How we share and disclose information
5.1 Service providers
We use vendors for hosting, storage, analytics, communications, identity verification, fraud prevention, and similar functions, subject to contractual safeguards.
5.2 Financial partners
We disclose information to participating lenders and partners as needed to evaluate or fulfill your request. Their privacy notices govern their subsequent use of information they receive.
5.3 Legal, regulatory, and safety
We may disclose information when required by law, legal process, or government request, or to protect rights, safety, and security.
5.4 Business transactions
Information may be transferred in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to protections consistent with this Policy.
5.5 No “sale” for monetary consideration; California opt-out
We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration in the ordinary sense of selling a mailing list. Certain targeted advertising practices may be treated as “sale” or “sharing” under California law. California residents and others may submit requests as described on our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page and in Section 8.
6. Retention
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes above and as required by law (including financial recordkeeping). Retention varies by data category; we delete or de-identify information when appropriate.
7. Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption of data in transit (e.g., TLS). No method is 100% secure; protect your credentials and notify us of suspected unauthorized access.
8. Your privacy rights (U.S.)
Depending on your state of residence and the type of information, you may have rights to access, delete, correct, port, or opt out of certain processing (including targeted advertising or “sale/sharing” as defined by law). These rights depend on applicable state law and your residency, not on Noxti Money’s state of incorporation.
California: Residents may have CCPA/CPRA rights, including to opt out of sale/sharing. Use our Do Not Sell page or contact us below.
Other states (e.g., Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah): Additional rights may apply; submit requests using the same contacts.
Authorized agents: You may designate an agent where state law allows, subject to verification.
8.1 How to submit a request
Email [email protected] (subject line: “Privacy Request”), call (573) 405-1881, or use our contact form. Include your name, state of residence, and the nature of your request.
9. Children’s privacy
The Services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe we have done so.
10. Cookies, SDKs, and similar technologies
We use cookies and similar tools for session management, security, preferences, and analytics. Adjust settings in your browser or device; disabling some tools may limit functionality.
11. Third-party sites
Links or integrations to third parties (including lenders) are governed by their privacy policies. We are not responsible for their independent practices.
12. GLBA and FCRA notices
Some information is “nonpublic personal information” under GLBA; where GLBA applies, a separate GLBA notice may govern and may limit certain rights described here. If we use consumer reports or credit reports, FCRA rights and disclosures apply; we do not make hard credit inquiries without appropriate disclosure and consent as required by the lender’s process.
13. International use
The Services are intended for U.S. users. If you access from outside the U.S., you consent to processing in the United States.
14. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy and will revise the effective date. Material changes may require additional notice as required by law. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
