Marketing practices
This Marketing Practices disclosure describes how Noxti Money LLC (“Noxti Money,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) may promote APPNAME and related services through various channels—including the APPNAME website, mobile application, email, SMS text messages, telephone calls, and paid digital advertising. It supplements our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use and should be read together with those documents. We may update this page periodically; the “Last updated” date at the bottom reflects the most recent revision.
Truthful, non-misleading communications
We strive to market APPNAME in a manner that is truthful, not misleading, and consistent with applicable federal and state laws governing fair lending, fair credit, unfair or deceptive acts or practices (UDAP/UDAP analogues), telemarketing, email (including the CAN-SPAM Act), SMS (including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and carrier guidelines), and state-specific requirements. APPNAME is a loan matching and referral technology service. We are not a lender and do not make credit decisions. Marketing materials should not state or imply that you are guaranteed approval, that a particular rate or loan amount is assured, or that we are a bank or direct lender unless explicitly stated as a factual description of a licensed partner’s role where permitted.
Illustrative rates, loan amounts, or repayment terms may be shown for educational or comparative purposes. When we do so, we endeavor to provide context that actual terms depend on lender approval, creditworthiness, state of residence, and other factors. Past performance or examples do not guarantee future results.
Lead generation and referral relationships
We may display information about independent third-party lenders or other partners. We may receive compensation when you submit a request, click through to a partner, or obtain a loan or other product through our marketplace or tracking links. Such compensation may influence the order or placement of offers or partners in some cases, but it does not change the fact that any loan is subject to the lender’s underwriting and disclosures. We maintain internal policies intended to reduce the risk of misleading ranking or “pay-to-play” presentations that obscure material differences between offers.
Email marketing
We may send marketing emails to individuals who have provided consent where consent is required, or who have an established business relationship where permitted by law. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe mechanism (typically a link) that allows you to opt out of marketing messages. You may also use our Unsubscribe page or contact [email protected]. Please note that opting out of marketing does not affect transactional or legally required notices related to security, fraud alerts, or account servicing (if applicable).
Commercial email may be sent in accordance with the CAN-SPAM Act, including accurate header and routing information, a valid physical postal address (see below), and a clear indication that the message is an advertisement where required.
SMS and telephone communications
If you provide a mobile telephone number and consent to receive SMS or prerecorded/artificial voice calls at that number, we or our service providers may contact you at the number provided in accordance with your consent and applicable law, including the TCPA and implementing rules. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services except where we explicitly state otherwise in compliance with law. Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out of marketing SMS by following instructions in the message (e.g., replying STOP) or by contacting us. Operational messages (e.g., one-time passcodes, fraud alerts) may continue where necessary to protect your account or comply with law.
Do-Not-Call registry
We endeavor to comply with the National Do Not Call Registry rules and applicable state do-not-call laws for voice marketing calls. If you have previously consented to calls at a number on the National Do Not Call Registry, such consent may override the registry for that purpose until revoked, depending on applicable law. You may revoke consent at any time using reasonable methods described in our communications or this policy.
Advertising networks and analytics
We may use third-party advertising networks, analytics providers, and social media platforms to measure ad performance, retarget visitors who have interacted with our site or app, or to create lookalike audiences. These providers may collect or receive information such as device identifiers, IP address, and cookie or pixel data as described in our Privacy Policy. You may have choices regarding interest-based advertising through industry tools (for example, the Digital Advertising Alliance or Network Advertising Initiative) and device settings.
Testimonials and endorsements
Testimonials, reviews, or endorsements appearing on our site or in ads may reflect individual experiences that are not typical. We do not compensate consumers for testimonials unless disclosed; any material connection with an endorser will be disclosed as required by the Federal Trade Commission’s Guides Concerning Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising.
Children’s marketing
APPNAME is not directed to children under 13 (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly market consumer credit products to minors.
Changes to this disclosure
We may revise this Marketing Practices page to reflect changes in law, technology, or our business. Updates will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of APPNAME after updates constitutes your acknowledgment of the revised disclosure to the extent permitted by law.
